ERP-ONE Customer Event — Toronto, October 20, 2026

A Private JD Edwards Roadmap Session, Reserved for You

ERP-One, in collaboration with Oracle, invites executive leaders to an exclusive event built around what's next for JD Edwards. You're personally invited to spend a day in Toronto with the people shaping JD Edwards' future and learn from other every day users.

Why Join Us

Five Reasons to Clear Your Calendar

This is an exclusive executive experience: a day with the people who actually build JD Edwards. Paul Houtkooper, Oracle's Vice President of Product Development, walks you through the JDE roadmap in person and answers your questions on what it means for your own upgrade plans. You'll hear where AI and automation are taking JDE next, and leave with real moves for your own environment.

Unfiltered roadmap access

Paul Houtkooper runs JDE product development at Oracle. He'll walk you through what's shipping next, and why Oracle built it that way. Bring the question your support ticket never really answered.

Peers who run JDE, not vendors who sell it

Every seat in the room belongs to a C-suite leader or VP running JDE inside their own company. Compare your AI and cloud migration plans against people solving the exact same problems you are, right now.

One day with the experts

A single day in Toronto puts the experts in the room with you. Ask questions live during the keynote, and get a straight answer that provides value to your business.

Our team in the room with you

Our consultants and leadership will be there beside you, not on a follow-up call three weeks later. Ask about your upgrade timeline or your managed services contract, and get a real answer on the spot.

A modernization plan you can bring to your board

You'll walk out with Oracle's priorities and your peers' approaches to modernization. Use it as the starting point for closing the gap between where you are and where ERP-One can take you.

Seats are limited to executive leaders and decision makers. Request yours before they're gone.

What You'll Hear

Oracle Keynote

Modernizing JD Edwards to Drive Growth and Results

Paul Houtkooper, Vice President, Product Development at Oracle

Modernization is essential to transform your JD Edwards' processes and data, enabling decision makers to achieve informed and improved outcomes. Innovation from AI and cloud are accelerating faster than expected, requiring a deliberate, ongoing commitment from leaders to think differently. Join us to hear how emerging technologies are changing how work gets done.

ERP-One Session #1

AI and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne: What's Real, What Works, and Where to Start

David McIlmoyl, Managing Partner, ERP-One

AI is changing what an ERP system can do. For JD Edwards EnterpriseOne customers, the practical question is which AI capabilities make sense for your environment and how to get started without disrupting what already works.

This session walks through the areas where AI is adding value to JDE today: intelligent agents, process automation, predictive analytics, security monitoring, and Oracle's GRC and compliance tools. Each builds on the JDE investment you have already made. We will also look at what Oracle is doing with AI across the EnterpriseOne platform and what it means for your roadmap.

ERP-One Session #2

From Days to Minutes: Automating JDE User Onboarding at FCL

Nick Wilson, Innovation Leader, ERP-One

At Federated Co-operatives Limited, onboarding a new JD Edwards user could take days. FCL runs JDE financial modules across a wide range of business units, and each one built its own onboarding steps outside the system, with inconsistent approvals and almost no audit trail.

ERP-One and FCL share how they fixed it: using JD Edwards Orchestrator as the integration backbone, connected to ServiceNow and Microsoft Power Platform, to build one governed process, while JDE stays the system of record.

You'll see how Orchestrations flex to meet new audit requirements, cut the manual handoffs, and turn onboarding into something that scales with the business instead of working against it.
