Non-property leases do not require Unit Type values. However, if UDC 15_UT for Unit Type does not have a blank value, you will have to enter Unit Types for non-property leases on the lease detail upload screen P15017Z1. However, if you enter a value in the Unit Type for non-property leases and run R15017Z1I, you get the error “Remove Unit Type”.Ensure UDC 15_UT for Unit Type has a blank value in it. When you manually create a non-property lease, you do not have to update the unit type even if UDC 15_UT does not have a blank value.
