Client Success ManagerERP-One is looking for a Client Success Manager (Delivery), located out of a major Canadian city. This position is fully remote.The Client Success Manager is a client-facing role, managing our client projects and leading our delivery teams. This role focuses on ensuring the successful delivery of client projects and requires someone who is a self-starter, has strong leadership skills, and is capable of working independently.

  • Perform resource planning, allocation, forecasting, and reporting for the delivery teams

Project Delivery Management

  • Oversee all active projects and service contracts across our client base
  • Managed Services engagements in collaboration with the Managed Services Technical Lead
  • Consulting projects in collaboration with Project Managers, Technical / Functional Leads
  • Provide project budget / schedule oversight and issue escalations
  • Provide exceptional customer experience and function as a bridge between the client and delivery teams
  • Escalate issues to the Service Innovation Leader and/or Account Owner as needed

Operational Management

  • Resource scheduling
  • Review and approval of client work / time entry
  • Review and approval of client billables

Service Innovation

  • Work with the Service Innovation Leader and Technical / Functional Leads to identify and implement operational efficiencies and improvements

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Business, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification an asset
  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience in a Service Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Operations Management role
  • Minimum of 8 - 10 years’ experience in the IT industry with knowledge of infrastructure and business applications
  • JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience considered an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual English/French would be an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to meet and work under tight deadlines
  • Strong engagement skills and ability to lead a remote team
  • Methodical approach to work, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
  • Solid Microsoft 365 experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
