ERP-One Consulting is looking for a Recruitment and Sales/Marketing Coordinator, located in Calgary. This is a part-time position with opportunity to move to full time in the future.

The Recruitment and Sales/Marketing Coordinator will be focused on two key areas:

RecruitmentThis aspect of the role focuses on leading the search for more great team members and maintaining a pipeline of resources for ERP-One, including:

• Build and maintain lists of candidates, by role, on LinkedIn, using LI Recruiter
• Find qualified resources who meet specific criteria
• Maintain relationships with prospective resources regarding checking availability, skills, rates
• Ensure candidates sign appropriate agreements and negotiate rates
• Maintain and update consultant profiles and employee resumes

Sales and MarketingThis aspect of the role includes supporting the ERP-One Marketing and Sales team in the following ways:

• Coordinate trade show logistics: booth shipment, print material, marketing materials for trade shows
• Document support: assist in the creation and management of key documents such as RFP responses, contracts, proposals, and slide decks
• Manage and improve document templates, coordinating with various contributors
• Build and maintain ERP-One’s corporate content inventory

Required skills and experience

• Excellent written and oral communication
• A self-starter who brings their own ideas
• Must possess strong organizational skills
• Recent graduates or close-to graduating students are welcome to apply
